The Escape
Hotels where the kids' club is actually good, half-term plans that work, and the mum-only weekend you've earned.
Est. on a 9am power walk, Richmond
Holidays worth booking, kit worth buying and honest chat from mums who've already tried it. Think the candour of your best group chat, with considerably better taste.
It started with a group of working mums, a 9am power walk and the shared realisation that we'd been swapping the same brilliant recommendations for years.
So we started writing them down
Every pick is tried by a real member first. If we wouldn't spend our own money on it, it doesn't make the letter.

Hotels where the kids' club is actually good, half-term plans that work, and the mum-only weekend you've earned.
02
The kit, the clothes and the home bits worth the money, from gym bag to living room. Tested, kept, recommended.
03
Work, school runs, ambition and the occasional meltdown in the car park. Honest stories from women doing it all, imperfectly.
04
Power walks, brunches and the odd weekend away. Real mums, real postcodes, no Lycra required.
Our story
We're mums who exercise for our sanity, not for a six-pack. We run businesses, do the school run and still want to look like we tried.
Fit Mums Club is the place we wished existed: stylish, simple, fun, and full of women who work hard and laugh at themselves.

Co-founder
Co-founder of My Gluten Free Bakery and mum of two.
[Portrait] Kay
Co-founder
Interior architect and Richmond mum. Runs the club's look, the home edit and anything that needs a very good eye.
The Club Kit
Caps, hoodies, tees and jumpers that look expensive and feel even better. Plastic-free fabrics, word-led designs, a wink in every one.
Every piece sold sends a donation to a UK children's charity. The first drop opens to members before anyone else.
The Sunday letter
One escape
A hotel, a half-term plan or a weekend away we'd happily book ourselves.
Five things we swear by
For you, the kids and the house. Tried, tested and kept.
One honest story
A member on how she really makes it all work. Spoiler: she often doesn't.
Where we're walking next
The next club walk or meet-up. Trainers on, kids at school, see you at 9.
